CPCS FUNDING

There is currently a limited amount of employer support available for CPCS cardholders.

The funding is £1,000* for each candidate that meets the criteria outlined below, up to a maximum of 20 candidates per employer. These funds are in addition to any grant applicable upon successful application for the blue card. The support will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so please send candidate details [Candidate Name, NVQ/Trainee Registration No.] to us without delay.

Criteria:

1. Candidates must hold a Red CPCS card due for expiry before 31.03.08 or already expired.

2. Need an S/NVQ in plant in order to achieve their Blue Card.

3. Are exempt from full level 2 funding: so Scottish candidates, those holding a level 2 already or 5 GCSEs or A levels.

4. Candidates must be registered for the NVQ before 14th December, but can achieve in their own time.
