The purpose of the skills profile tool is to help managers and employees to recognise specific skills that the employee needs to develop.
The profiling tool is in two parts, the first is the skills profile analysis which is designed to highlight the employee skills that need improving, the second is an action plan which records the arrangements that are made to improve the employees level of skill ownership.
Both parts are available to download as PDF format documents, or working templates in Excel format, along with some example profiles to understand what a completed profile will look like - access these documents here
